Rogelio Martinez is a proud Chicano currently working as an Assistant Principal in the Forest Grove School District. He has worked as an educator since 2000 and has served grades K-6 as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. He has also served as a district equity leader, Educators of Color Coalition leader, 504 Coordinator, and Expulsion Hearing officer which has allowed him to support students throughout his district. His experience is in Dual Language and Title I schools in Forest Grove, Woodburn, and Dayton. Leading and participating in conversations about race is his passion, and he enjoys learning from different perspectives.
